Existing Mission and Vision

MacVille being one of the famous import and export businesses centre in Sydney had devised their mission and vision plan in the past two years and have conducted their business according to the requirements of the mission and vision. The mission and vision statement that was set up two years back aimed to develop the company into one of the national brand of Australia. Besides this, it also stated that the company would be accepted as an integral part of the Australian hospitality industry. MacVille’s mission and vision statement also initiated that the business should be conducted in the most effective and efficient manner. The company specializes in the manufacture of the espresso coffee machine in order to ensure that the company is able to meet with the sustainability and reliability of the market in which they are operating. With the help of this product, the company will be able to meet with the needs and demands of their clients that are in the hospitality industry. This will also help the company in terms of their profit generation and the business can be conducted in a desired manner. 

Current Approaches

 In order to achieve the set mission and vision, it is important for the company to ensure that they are meeting with the requirements of the business. The company meets with the requirements of the stakeholders in order to gain profit and develop the company as a national brand. The company has to ensure that they are developing their product in a proper manner, so that the clients in the hospitality industry are provided with their required product. Moreover, the company is working on its mission and vision over the past two years and a considerable amount of change has been noted in the development of the different areas of operation. With the help of mission and vision statement, MacVille is able to conduct their business in a moral and ethical manner and meet with the demands of their stakeholders. The company believes in the development of self-directed teams in order to ensure that the employees are able to function in a desired manner (Bickell et al., 2015).

Apart from this, the company also maintains their standard of work with the help of leaders i the workplace. With the help of trained leaders, the employees of the company are directed towards the right track and they can work in order to meet with the organizational objective. Besides this, the changes made within the workplace of the company have become an integral part of organization and recognising these are also important for sustainable development of the company. Apart from this, the revised mission and vision states that the company should ensure that there is innovation at different departments of the company. This will help the company to develop their services and products as per the requirements of the company. It is also important for the company to look for different ways and means with the help of which they are able to solve the queries of the customers in a desired manner.

The company has also included in their mission and vision that they will be looking for certain ways in order to ensure that their business process is improved in a proper manner. This will help MacVille to develop as a good corporate citizen and emerge as a national brand in the market that they are operating. Apart from this, the company should look to donate a portion of their profit income to some non-profit organization. This will eventually lead to the success of the company (Mayne, 2017). 

The role of the stakeholder is very crucial in terms of the business operation of the company. They are responsible for influencing the different aspects of the business in an appropriate manner. Besides this, they are also affected by the outcomes of the business. Apart from this, it is important for the company to ensure that they meet with the stakeholders requirements, as they will direct the operations of the company and will have an impact on the decision making of the company’s activities. As a result, the company should ensure that they receive regular feedbacks from their key stakeholders in order to maintain their process of strategic planning.
