I consider theory of bureaucratic caring as appropriate for advanced nursing practice as it deals with the subject as a whole and describes the various aspects of nursing with respect to the nurse staff, patients and the management. It enables one to understand and comprehend a patient’s situation. It does not describe caring as an act to practice but rather as a human value that can be realized in a spiritual-ethical way. B.
