There are challenging markets that require a reconstitution and a consolidation of services and operations in a way that appease the international bodies. EWS is in an expansion process which is essential to enter into new market with the system components that are ready to be installed and distributed. Successful managers practice business skills and management skills effectively with leadership skills. As such leadership skills are not the same when compared to management skills. There are strong management skills that can be achieved with practice and experience. Leadership qualities should be developed and skills should be learned in order to have effective project completion.
