However, before expanding in other parts of the world, these organizations need to take into account the current gaps in the business practices and also need to identify new working models that will help them improve the working efficiency in the organization (Guerci& Shani, 2014). 

Also, the role of the Human Resource department is vital as they will be required to change their policies, working structures, and working functions from domestic level to the international level in a given working environment(Guerci& Shani, 2014). Further, the organizations also need to understand the change in the working pattern as the working culture, expectations of the employees in the new environment, and the new legal compliance will be different. 

As per the researchers, a domestic business will refer to the transactions that are carried out within the geographical boundaries of the nation where as an international business will refer to the transactions that are carried out in other nations of the world. The quality standards, capital investment, human resources, nature of customers, and also other business objectives will change with a change in the business environment(Guerci& Shani, 2014). 

There is a need to understand these issues and accordingly revise the new working policies in a given environment. Further, the employees also need to be trained accordingly so that they can perform as per the expectations of the organization. Further, the employees also need to get trained on leadership functions and new management frameworks in a given organization. It will thereby help them overcome major challenges and also ensure team working approach in a given working environment. For this purpose, the Human Resources (HR) department needs to train the workforce on the different competences and skill-set so that they can address the needs of an international working environment (Kaiser et al., 2015). 

The employees while performing at a new stage need to have desiredknowledge of the different business activities, the business flow of different activities, the knowledge of the legal compliance and also need to follow ethical principles in a given working environment (Gerpott, 2015). It will thereby make sure of overcoming ethical challenges and other issues at the respective workplace. 

Further, considering the changes in the new work environment at an international level, the employees need to adhere to the new work culture, work on their decision making skills, project management skills, and also follow the model of change management in a given working environment (Gerpott, 2015).

To deploy new changes in the organization, the role of the HR department is vital as it will assist both the top-level management and the ground-level staff. There is a need to change the HR polices and also the working approach of the employees in the organization. The HR department further needs to ensure that they apply the concepts of change management and transformational leadership style in the organization (Bévort& Poulfelt, 2015). 

It will allow them to expand into new territories and thereby make sure that they achieve their desired objectives. However, the HR department needs to conduct an analysis of the new environment and accordingly frame the strategies in the organization. They need to understand the new work culture, train the employees on the different skill-sets, and also recommend them to learn new skills that will help them get equipped in the new work culture. 

Further, the HR department also needs to overcome the challenges of the external environment while simultaneously following the legal compliance of the new nations. In addition, as mentioned, the employees need to learn the skills of management, administration, working in team, get updated with new skill-set, people management, quality management, creativity and innovation, coordinating with others, and overcoming internal conflicts (Bévort& Poulfelt, 2015). 

Only then they will be able to perform as per the needs of the organization. Also, the top-level management of the organization needs to monitor the different activities and suggest recommendations for the future improvement. However, the top-level managing of the organization an also introduce technological platforms to perform different functions in the organization. 

It will thereby allow the employees to work on them, coordinate in a better way, and also improve the working efficiency in a given environment (Greenwood, 2013). It will thereby make sure that the organization succeeds in their objectives of expansion and also the employees are able to develop the desired skill-set in a given challenging work environment.
