Introduction 

Quality management in health and social care sector is considered to be of great importance. This assignment aims to demonstrate different perspectives of quality management that are followed in Russell House care home. It also effectively suggests strategies in order to maintain quality standards in Russell House care home.

1.1 Explanation of perspectives that stakeholders in health and social care have regarding quality in Russell House care home

1.1.1 Technical quality:
