According to Collimore, Paré&Joordens (2015), "text messaging" or the more colloquial term "texting" suggests sending precise sentences between mobile phones or other portable devices. On the other hand, as per the description of So (2016), instant messaging includes sending concise, typed messages by the peers or faculty members directly from computer to another. Nowadays, it has been identified that both type of digital communication have gained the popularity not only among the students but also among the Peers of a University, which have an influence on the grading system as well. This is rather a fact as per the observations of Collimore, Paré&Joordens (2015), it could be said that this digital communication has a direct influence on the Peers' grades and can also be attributed as charged with psychological impact of digital communication. The sole purpose of this report is to identify what are the exact implications of the developing trend and practices of social media communication through texting and instant messaging on Peer grades. Aim of the research is to evaluate the positive and negative impact of developing trend and practices of social media communication through texting and instant messaging on Peer grades. Objectives of the research project are listed below; · To identify how digital communication impacts on the Peers' grading system in colleges and Universities · To evaluate the positive and negative impacts of texting and instant texting communication on students' grades Research questions are listed below; · What are the main negative and positive influence of digital communication impacts on the Peers' grading system in colleges and Universities? · How digital communication impacts on the Peers' grading system in colleges and Universities? Research ConductionAccording to Balakrishnan & Gan (2016), it has been observed that currently most of the higher education pupils used instant messaging and text for their respective academic purposes with their teachers or faculty members. To be more specific, comfort level, effectiveness, frequency of use, causes for this type of communication along with differences between "peer-to-peer and peer-to-instructor" communications were vividly studied. The trends and practice of text messaging was applied weekly with a specific instructor and on a daily basis with the Peers. On the other hand, instant messaging was practiced with educational instructors but weekly with Peers. Nicholaset al. (2015) have identified the fact that students rated the text messaging as one of the very useful and instant communication through digital way as moderately helpful for different academic purposes. One of the core reasons cited for applying both the instant and text messaging involved saving time, analysing administrative issues, grading their students and convenience as well as ease of use. According to Balakrishnan & Gan (2016), text messaging is suggested to be the preferred mode of communicating with the Peers for students. This is concluded that both the ways are effective and viable techniques for augmenting students' communication among teachers and Peers in higher studies. As per the above stated aims, objectives and research purpose for evaluating the impact of developing digital communication on the Peers' grades, this research project has implemented the secondary data analysis process to find out more accurate results and information regarding its impact and affects. To be more precise, it could be said that due to lack of time allocated for the field analysis and investigation process Secondary data analysis has been selected as the appropriate process, which includes investigation through previous journals, published articles and research papers by several authors on this area (Swartet al., 2015). The methodology section also includespositivism philosophy as the right one to analysed the secondary data achieved through the investigation. The explanatory research design has been implemented in this research project, since it is the most suitable design for critically stating the secondary findings. Findings and conclusion The research has provided deeper insight that has a proper relevance with the matters that are associated with the technical development in the communication process. it is seen that the management is going to take proper kind of steps in case of managing the matters that are associated with the technical modification. It is evident that the communication process is going to have a better kind of managing process if the technical amendments are made accordingly. If there are many kinds of processes to be taken into consideration then the most of the cases it is important to make sure that the amendments are being made accordingly. The best thing to be done is managing and monitoring the process associated with the technical modification. The peer groups need to have better managing skills among them in order to minimise any kind of communication gap (Good & Lavigne, 2017). The majority of the times it is seen that the management process among the team needs to be sure and in this process the involvement in necessary. The most of the times it is seen that the peer groups try to make proper communication but due to errors in the segment the process gets hampered and issues arise related to miscommunication and other things. Therefore, it can be stated that the management need to think of the processes that can be utilised in the process of evaluation. There are many prospects to be taken into consideration and it can be stated that the management process has to have proper rationale in the approach of managing the communication process. There are many cases where the digital communication process makes better kind of changes and in the end, it is going to have proper results that are associated with proper modification. there is a need of developing the scenario and in the end, it is going to be a beneficial thing for the entire peer group looking for solution. Depending on that digital modification is a necessary thing and they have to consider this as the best option to comply with. It is seen that the project has provided deep insider knowledge of the matters and the issues that are associated with the communication issues have been provided. It is seen that the necessary objectives have been fulfilled and major aspects of eh research have pointed that the majority of the people are considering the digital communication as the most necessary aspect. The primary factors associated with the issues have been considered and it is seen that the majority of them are prioritising the primary communication needs in accordance with the requirement. It is a necessary aspect to take into consideration because the digital technology is going to revolution is the peer grouping in a proper manner. The peers are looking for better kind of communication factors and in the end, it is found that the majority of them are not using proper communication medium for better and productive analysis. The possibility of having a better work culture is evident and, in the end, it will have a modifying effect on the communication processes of the entire society. The peers are too much depending on the process of digital communication and in the end, it is going to revolutionise the entire global communication process.
