1. The characteristics of the technology: It should be always considered that the some of the many technologies can result as a threat to the humans. Technologies like AI are not able to apprehend the human behaviour like love, affection, and such attributes. Such technology may cause serious issue in future.

2. It is very difficult to adopt the technology sometimes. For instance, the Virtual Reality is one of those technologies. Many people do not want to adopt this technology as they are aware of the health issues and they want to in the real world as much as possible.

3. In case of assessing some technologies, it is very difficult to access them according to the real time world. For example, the blockchain, this technology is built to remove the gap between the people but in real time world it is impossible to assess this about a particular task and case.
