Replacing humans with machines is what is happening in the current era,and it is worth discussing in detail. 1. This is a reason why industry prefers these tech machines over human workers, which improves the marketing level of the industry. 2. By the use of machine vision, complex tasks can be done easily and within a short amount of time. They are saving time for more productivity as compared to employees, which affects the norms earlier as it was all about human resources before. 3. There is no need for promotional or satisfaction programs for these machines as compared to the workers, which is a big relief for the management. 4.
